Did you install the sound driver of your pc? go to the start menu then clik the control pannel then soun/audio properties then you can see the slide bar for volume adjustment be sure you can adjust it if not then you should install the sound driver..there is also an option there for mute audio uncheck it to enable audio.good luck and just post a message if you have further question..much appreciated if you click the 4 thumbs up button for answering your free question
