Question about Computers & Internet

Open Question

I purchased my Rocketfish mouse "RF-MSE14" Ergo Laser Mouse from Best Buy. For starters, even though the package states there is a software CD included, it was missing. There was only a quick start guide which has very little information. Since I had the mouse, I tried it out, but it frequently hangs and sometimes drags slowly, not following my mouse movements very well at all. I previously used a Logitech cordless mouse for about three years with no problems. I have a corded Microsoft optical mouse which works very well; no problems at all. It tracks very well and never hangs up, so I believe the problem I am having now has to be with the Rocketfish mouse. I did not want to take a chance on another Rocketfish mouse, so returned to the store for a refund. They had no other mice that seemed to fit what I was looking for. When I purchased the mouse, I paid in part with cash, and in part with a "VISA" disposable, one time use "GIFT" card, which is the same as cash. Best Buy refused to give me a cash refund, but tried to force me to take a store credit gift card. This only forces me, against my will, to "have to" spend my money in their store. This is fraud and I will take the issue to our state attorney general for charges to be filed. Any assistance you can give me with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. It's possible the Firefly remote is interfering. It's also possible the mouse is going bad (G7s have been around for a while). I'd contact Logitech and see what they can do for you - their warranty support for mice is terrific.

What aboutmicro inovations infared mouse kb985w drivers for win 7 and other issus

The Micro Innovations infrared mouse kb985w is a Plug-n-Play device and does not require any additional driver.

Windows 7 USB ports are backwards compatible with USB 1.1. Your mouse should work with Win 7 with any driver installation.

But if you're asking for driver to reprogram the buttons of your mouse, you need to contact the manufacturer and verify with them if they have a software that would work with Win 7.

Good luck and have a good evening!

My wireless dell mouse stopped working.

test the mouse on another computer to see if it would work.

If it does not work, then the fault is from the mouse. In other words, you need to get another one.

Its rear to see someone that would repair the mouse. Usually when its faulty, another one purchased.

I believe the fault is from the mouse.

I wish you all the best.

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.
