Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
Hi, this is pretty easy,
Computers about 5 - 6 years old are usually use IDE hard drives, most modern units, are indeed Sata,but if your want a proper reassurance, just open the case and look at the cables. If you see a wide, gray cable that sticking out the hard drive, then your computer is using IDE hard drives. If they're thin (a little wider than your thumb), then you computer is using SATA hard drives.
