Hi,
This is a common problem with these keyboards. Even though they may look clean, however they could be at fault. Try to dissemble above mentioned keys and then assemble it. Sometimes, it works like charm. Unless, you need to replace the keyboard.
One other problem could be a keyboard IC on mainboard. However, i have only replaced it once. This is a rare possibility and usually seen in notebooks older than 5 years.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
Thanks for your response!!
It depends. If only those keys are creating an issue, you could replace only these keys. But, it would be tough to get only these keys. Also, it is better to replace the keyboard as there is no guarantee that it these could not happen to the other keys.
If you want to buy the keyboard, you could buy it from:-
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Keyboard-Toshiba...
Note - You could get keyboard from $15 - $20 depending upon Brands.
However, i could advise you to seek a local repair if you do not have any notebook repair experience as this is quite a tricky job to replace keyboard.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.

Can you hold the Fn key and then press the keys that you mentioned and see if they appear as typed? If yes, then your keys were just locked to Function mode. Please let me know.
