Check the following:
Ensure that the circuit breaker for the washer is on.
Ensure that power cord is well connected.
Test the main socket using a different appliance.
If power plug is fused, replace the fuse in power cord.

Hello - Are you certain the error code is L60? This manufacturer does not have any (L) error codes for any washer or other units.

Hello - From what you have described it sounds like the washer could possibly have a communication problem with the control board not responding. Since you have already replaced the door lock, I would strongly suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose the unit.
