Make sure that the line is cleared and going from the little are you put it into to the full mask into the mouth. Also, make sure you use cold water to clean the unit and never use soap to clean it, that will breakdown the chemicals for the Neb machine. Take care...

Nebulizer omron mist coming out most of the time but it takes very long for medication to finish

Nebulizers are a slow steady way to administer inhalation medication. the whole idea is that you have to slow down, relax and breath regular and steady to get all the medication. just a side note make sure you clean the face mask on a regular basis because they are great places to grow mold and bacteria. hope it helps.

What face mask would fit on the Evo Sport Neb nebulizer

any "generic" nebulizer face mask will fit this nebulizer (except the Pari brand). There are different sizes so make sure get the correct size to fit you. Usual sizes are infant (child/pediatric) and adult. Usually ask the pharmacy to order if they don't stock it.

There is no mist coming out of the neb machine.

No! don't buy a new machine. First wash the mask, tubes and any other washable part really well by hand. There could be some dryed on fluid blocking the flow of the liquid. Then make sure that the part where you put the liquid does not have liquid on top of the ******** part. Usually a bit of shaking off of the liquid or using a paper towel to dry that part off should help. If this doesn't work let the nebulizer dry out overnight with all parts seperate. I constantly have these kinds of problems with my nebulizer and these seem to do the trick if these don't work then you might need a new machine.

Nebulizers tips

Making asthma treatment a natural part of your child’s daily routine is important and does not have to be challenging. The following are just a few tips. Do the treatment(s) at the same time each day, so that your child comes to expect it as a regular part of the daily routine. Entertain your child with videos, music tapes, toys, coloring books, puzzles, looking at books, or reading to your child during treatment. You should put the mask on a favorite stuffed toy or doll first. Show how much fun the toy is having or how brave it is. Then, transfer the mask to your child.

PULMICORT RESPULES Support

No, PULMICORT RESPULES, when mixed with other nebulized medications, has not been adequately assessed. PULMICORT RESPULES should be administered separately in the nebulizer.
