Question about ViewSonic Computers & Internet
Kevin nathan, The ONLY THING you really need to fix is inside the monitor!!! And it ain't the switch!!! You or an electronics technician will most likely need to investigate the units "switch-mode-power-supply/CCFL inverter board for swollen, leaking, electrolytic filter capacitors and/or poor quality frosty looking component to printed circuit board soldering that has over the years become "thermal-cycle-fractured" and are now intermittantly open circuited. Let us know what you intend to do about your intermittantly "blacknblank" unit, or if you need more assistance or where to find more info. 12fixlouie
