SOURCE: my ac circuit breaker keep tripping

If your outside condenser has a locked rotor or short circuit, than the unit WILL trip the breaker - as it should. On the other hand if a breaker is tripped a few times it will have less of a capacity that the rating, (this is designed in it). You will need to determine if the unit is locked (and broken) or the breaker has become too sensitive.

SOURCE: Keeps tripping circuit breaker everytime on plug the power cord in

2 common, possible problems. 1 - there is a "short" in the plug - easy fix - replace either the cord or plug - not expensive. 2 - bad control board - not so easy, not so cheap. Is it brand new, used? Also, it could be a bad "internal breaker" - not easy!

My toa a-912mk2 amp does not work and the red protect light stays on

• Check for shorted power transistors, and extract in pairs.

If it powers up, without protect..

• Check again for possible additional components before replacing

the bad ones.

A good amp never produce an over of 0.7V on its output.

I have a crown 802 amp,,, lastnight set up to play got everything going playing music threw it and then,,,,10 min later it sounded like someone pulled the power on there ,,went over to kick it back on and...

Hello
surely there is some short circuit inside you amp, which causes heavy current flow, when you switch On it now. The main cause of this type of fault is with shorted audio output section inside the printed circuit baord. will have any shorted Integrated circuit [IC] or power transistor or MOSFET.
Your amp need service. Never switch in ON, until the fault has been rectified, as it may cause more component to be get damged.
Get it serviced by any expereienced service technician, as this work is skilled one, must have thorough knoledge in electronics, all tools to do the work, ability to loacate the faulty component etc. If you have all these, inform me. I'm happy to assist you further. The more you need is patience and concentration. OK.

My crown 602 xls tripped a breaker, I reset breaker regained power to receptacle , I lost power to the amp no led's come on front when i pushed the small reset button on the back I still did not regain...

They use a breaker instead of a fuse.

CONDITION: No

power to the amplifier.

POSSIBLE REASON:

• The amplifier's Power switch is off.

• The amplifier is not plugged into the power receptacle.

• The amplifier's high-voltage power supply circuit breaker has tripped. Verify that the AC mains

voltage is correct, then press the Circuit Breaker button on the back panel.

Take it to the ER.

Trips on power up

It has a short circuit on the final steps of the outputs, maybe the common called "final transistors or power amplification IC (integrated Circuits)"are blown. You don't have the ability to resolve this problem, so take the unit to a facility authorized repair.

20amp breaker tripped unexpectly tonight. tried resetting at panel but won't click all the way over and little red indicator also on the breaker

Hello, In order to reset circuit breakers that have tripped under load, you must first flip the breaker all the way OFF, before you can then turn the breaker back ON. This should reset the breaker to turn the power back on to the circuit supplied by this breaker.

The red indicator is just there to make it easier to find the tripped breaker. Typically, the red indicator flag is a special feature of Square D QD breakers and panels.

If the breaker immediately trips again and doesn't stay on, then the device it is providing power to, still has a fault and it needs to be looked at to determine what is causing the fault and the tripping of the breaker.

Be sure to turn the breaker OFF if you are going to check the device for potential problems.

I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Every time i turn on power it snap the reset breaker. and won't power up.

unplug everything but the 12v power/remote power and ground. turn on and see if it triggers the safety. if it does you have a short in the amp. if it turns on and stays on, plug one cable in at a time to see whats making it trip.

80 watt impedance matching volume control

check your spekaer cabling first for any loose connection. if everything as usual then something is wrong with either your speaker system or the power output stage of your amp. you may call it a "circuit breaker" but it actually overload protection of the power amp so as not to damage speakers or amplifiers. have your speakers checked for burn coils. you can also try to remove or turn off speaker switch, turn on the power, level up the volume and see it the system still stays on and does not trip (as you called circuit breaker) if the unit remains on, then it must be your speakers. though it could also be a leakage in the power transistors of your output stage, it something a technical person have to do to check anyway.
