If it's a Four-Thirds mount lens then yes, no problem.

But otherwise if it's for the 35mm OM mount then not without an OM to Four-Thirds adapter. They're cheap and widely available directly from Chinese suppliers on eBay and they do exactly the same thing as the ridiculously expensive OM original item. You will need to manually focus with the aperture wide open and then remember to stop down to the desired aperture before shooting.

As long as you check suppliers' feedback first, then you should be OK; I've bought from such suppliers for years and have had fewer problems than buying products in my own country. I've used a variety of suppliers but most often return to Phoebe-G and receive my items in about a week to ten days, but goods have occasionally taken as few as three days to arrive in London.

SOURCE: Sigma 70-300mm lens not fitting Canon EOS 350D

Are you sure you bought a lens with Canon AF mount? To me it sounds like you got one with a mount for a different camera.
Does the mount on the lens look like this?

If it doesn't, you got the wrong version of the lens. If it does look like the mount in the picture, your just mounting it incorrectly.
If you hold the camera with the lens mount facing you, the red marker on the lens should be in the 12 o'clock position, lining up with the red marker on the lens mount on the camera. The turn the lens clock wise, about an 8'th of a full turn, and the lens should click into place.
I hope this help you!

As an Olympus user myself, I would not advise even if you could find an adapter. Your 620 is a 4/3 series camera with is a different frame size than the old 35mm equipment which means you will not get ideal photo quality. Yea, new lens are expensive, but losing good shots to sub par equipment costs you more in the long run in frustration.

The canon lens should work fine. Some of the Sigma lenses have to be converted by Sigma to work with digital. The last one I sent to them they only charged me $10 for return shipping. You can find their address online.
