Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
I have seen this on some other model and I believe it is a feature of the system to re orientate the screen for vertical use. I am not sure if this will work for yours.
Try holding the ctrl+alt keys and tap the "up arrow" on your direction pad.
This 'normaly' tells the laptop which way is up.
