To resolve this error on your printer please follow these steps:
1.Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2.Open the printer access door.
3.Remove the ink cartridges.
4.Reinstall the ink cartridges, making sure each clicks into place and is firmly secured.
6.Connect the power adapter to the printer.
7.Turn the printer on.
8.Close the printer access door.
Now, please run the Alignment Test and print a test page from the printer.
This will resolve the issue you are facing.
