Hi,

For the Lexmark Polaroid P310 Photo Printer you will need cartridge number 33 and 35.

These are both available on the Lexmark website for ordering and purchasing online or you may want to visit a nearby store for the same.

This will resolve the issue you are facing.
If this doesn't work for you, please comment and let me know, and I will be more than happy to assist you to further resolve your issue.
I will look forward to your feedback and positive rating.

Am trying to replace my ink cartridges and dont know how to remove the old ones

Do you have the manual that came with the PC printer? If so it will show you how to remove and replace the cartridges. If you don't have the manual go to HP's web site and go to the support section and enter your printers model number and you can view and download the printer manual.

In short, you open the cover of your HP printer. There should be a latch over the ink cartridges, gently lift up the plastic latch and pull cartridge out and replace with new cartridges that matches the number of the cartridge that you removed.

Good luck.

The other day i opened the cartriges to see the number so i know which ones to get at the store and now i know ink is very low not sure how low but when i try to print it says allign cartriges and it dont...

Hello. Usually, the printer will just notify you that the ink levels of your cartridges are low and if they're out of ink already, it will advise you to replace the cartridges and won't print. In your case, the cartridges may be sending wrong information to the printer. Since the ink levels of your ink cartridges are low already, you might as well replace them. Hope this helps.

The dont know how to switch the ink cartages

The large black ink cartridge is used for printing text and other general black printing. The small black cartridge is used when printing graphics and other fine details. Each cartridge feeds to a different part of the print head, which is used for different purposes.

Faded/bad coloring on color printer/scanner - Kodak ESP5

Take out both the colour and black ink cartridge and look on there sides as there would be a number written on the side.......this is to determine if the ink cartridges are genuine or not.........here are few numbers for the ink cartridges if they match and still have issue then its a print head issue else bad ink cartridges probably refilled........

C4280 printer photo cartridge instalation help

The extra cartridge you bought was probably the number 99 cartridge, if I'm not mistaken.

The cartridge actually replaces your black cartridge. Inside of the cartridge has black ink as well as the special photo ink.

I hope this helps
