If you are sure the battery is good and your other remotes work okay I would replace the keypad.

My key pad stop working today. The battery is fine cause the lights keep blinking but the code just wont work. How can I reset this thing since I cant find the owners manual?

You can program the keypad by locating the smart/learn button on the back of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this button and then walk over to your keypad and key in your 4 digit code and press enter. I would try a new battery also.

Wireless ps3 keypad lights will not stop flashing and does not turn off

There's a little hole on the backside with a reset button inside. Find something the size of a toothpick to fit inside and push that button.

KEYPAD WON'T WORK AFTER REPLACING BATTERY

A few questions...
Does the remote work very close to the garage, but not farther away - If so, then likely IS a battery problem....

Is the weather very cold where you live? - battery strength diminished quite a bit in the cold (try keeping the remote indoors for awhile & see what the results are). Also could be moisture in your unit - keep it inside & on a warm ( but NOT HOT ) surface for a day or 2

Did you get a good battery with an indicated shelf-life that is a couple of years into the future? (some 'dollar store' batteries are not very good). Also Alkaline batteries (if permitted by the user manual) are quite a bit more powerful than even the 'heavy duty' batteries of the same brand.

Finally, Is your unit at the garage powered electrically, or is it a battery also? If the garage portion is battery operated, try replacing that battery (in your receiving unit).

Hope at least 1 of these ideas helps...
-U.A.
