My MK-100 does nothing when I turn on the switch.

Check the brushes for the motor. very common problem in electric motors. It should look like a slotted head of a screw on the side by the motor. Only its plastic and about the size of a dime. After removing the brush, or magnet is what it actually is, replace it. Very cheap to replace and most hardware stores carry them. Hope that helps. Otherwise the switch is bad

While checking the intake tube the power cord got on the wrong side of the cord so when I turned the saw on it cut the power cord. Can I get that replaced?

Yes, it will require that you "crack" the case, but it isn't that difficult to do. Suggest wire ties so that you don't have to do the replacement very often.

Looking for shaft lock to change the blade on MK 170 wet saw

Just use a rag and grab the blade. Unless the threads are messed up you don't have to hold the arbor still, just the blade.

If the pump works but no water coming out try to do the old way of putting water from the side that the water come from and start the pump that reduce the time to build pressure and limited the air inside…Hope that help you and please do not forget to rate my service to be able to improve on it and help everyone.

MK water saw - water goes every where but on the blade!

When you say you turn the pressure up, I presume you mean you are opening the suction on the side of the pump.

On the saw which I have used in the past it is difficult to aim the warter spray. I opted for more water (open the suction on the pump) and let it go. most of it went onto the saw blade - some went onto the tile, some on me and some on the wall --- put a piece of cardboard or something behind your saw to help contain the overspray.

Water pump will not pump. I've checked for clogs and it is clean. any suggestions?

Check for a volume dial on the side of the pump--it may not be obvious at first glance, but if there is one check to ensure it is set to something other than the minimum flow.

Also, when you put the pump in the water, make sure it is completely submersed, and fill the supply side hose with water to prime the pump.

Blade replacement on mk-170 tile saw.

take a pair of good vise grips and hook onto blade tightly, slide uo against back braket. that will hold the blade from spinning while you remove the nut, try bumping your ratchet/ wrench w/ a rubber mallet or hammer. hope this helps
