What kind of Driver are you looking for? For Windows? What version of Windows if so?
It looks like this device may not be compatible with Windows 7, and there are no specific drivers for it. When you plug in the device does it pop up asking for drivers? Have you tried just plugging it in, going to my computer and checking if it shows up? It should be towards the bottom if it is recognized. If it does not, please let me know, I will see if there is any workaround, but it may be that this device just will not work with Windows 7.
(READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH, FOUND SOMETHING GOOD AT THE END BUT WANTED TO KEEP IN THIS TOP PART)
I am still checking, but it looks like there is nothing newer than a Windows XP driver for this device. If it is highly imperative that you get files off the device, I suggest the following.
1) Maybe a backup computer / laptop that has Windows XP on it. You can find many old laptops on ebay, with XP installed, it can be extremely old, doesn't matter as long as it has XP and USB ports, and use that to get the files off, then email them / transfer with a flash (thumb) drive / transfer across a network to your other computer.
2) Look into selling this recorder and getting one that is definitely compatible with Windows 7, or better yet, one that has a removable memory module (like a Micro SD card) that you can use with any computer regardless of age and operating system.
I don't think there is any way to get this device to recognize correctly in Windows 7...wait actually I just found this:
http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/so...
Check that out, try download it at the bottom of the page and installing it, it has some special notes for Windows 7 on there. If you can get that installed I bet it will work!
But if it does not, you may need to resort to one of the first two options.
Ya it looks like a lot of work to get this thing going, I would just sell it on ebay, looks like you can get around $30.00 for the unit, and get one that supports memory cards, life will be much much easier at that point :). The XP drivers found online look like just spyware, I think Panasonic has stopped support for this unit. If you have the original software that came with it, you may be in luck, but otherwise I'd switch devices. Let me know what you think, sorry about all the rigmarole.
Thanks
Tim
No worries, thanks for sticking with me on this! :) Also, I tried to go to your URL but I think you may have typed it wrong? Maybe you meant lose-weight instead of loss? Anyway, if possible could you please indicate that I answered the question successfully, since technically we did come to a resolution? Otherwise I get no credit for the help from the site here.
Thanks John,
Tim
Actually I just found the driver for XP for it, finally, and it looks legit! I will host it on my personal web server for you, I had to go through about 40 sets of advertisements before it let me download that, so I will save you the trouble.
Here it is:

I am using window 7 ver 6.0 and need the driver to download the audio from my recorder.
Nope, she is calling for a driver. It does not show on the USB plug ins, Think about it please and I will go through the control panel and see what i can do. I was sure I had it downloading before and I can't believe that it was back with my XP = but anything is possible.
I loked everywhere for a driver and it was Panasonic site tat directed me to you after they took the $$'s. Let's see what WE can do.... Thanks
Hey, This looks like fun. I will give it a shot and let you know. Thanks for the help and the extra set of eyes and fingers.
Didn't work. I have done everything I can think of, but it won;t unzip. I will go out and buy a new recorder.
I have an XP but I cant find the driver there either.
