Hi

Error code F5 indicates that there is an issue with the door latch switch assembly; if the switch tests open then the door lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Those are error codes which are listed in your owners manual. If you do not have the manual go to the GE web site, customer support section.

I am subway owner after i shut the speed oven toaster it keeps beeping and it says door is open with letter m

Means the monitor switch is not operational. This is the microwswitch on the right side of the oven. I'm sure you either fixed it by now or shot it to stop the beeping. Please unplug the oven before taking the cover off.

F4

luvin, F4 is a shorted oven sensor. Under 950 ohms. Should read 1060 ohms at room temp. The sensor is located in the upper left hand corner of the rear oven wall. Remove the 2 screws and it will pull out enough to remove the connector. Catriver.
