Sounds like you will need to clean the carburetor or replace your carburetor internal rubber parts like the diaphgram and O rings.
Be sure to use compressed air to blow out all the fuel and air passages.
Be careful when blowing out the passages, because there are sometimes small rubber type seats in the bottom of some of the passages.
Sometimes you can get by with priming the carburetor or using starting fluid and letting it run a few times like that and it will flush the gunk out of the jets, but most of the time you will need to rebuild the carburetor.
Keep in mind that the float for the carburetor must be level when you go to reassemble the carburetor or follow the instrucitons you get with the carburetor kit.
If the mower/weedeater is over a year old, then I also recommend that you buy and install a new carburetor repair kit, because the diaphragm will get hard and that will cause it to be hard to crank.
When you clean your carburetor and remove the jet screws, you will first need to seat the jet screws.
But before you seat the jet screws count the number of turns it takes to seat the jet screws from their original position.
Be sure to mark the turns down on a piece of paper.
That way when you put the jets back in, you know to seat them first and then turn them back out to their orginal position before you started.

Lighter don't light even if it's a nu ignite checked gas flow even spark is gud. And turned up and down lighter gas flow an that didn't work too

Check the gas vents (holes) on the burner, are they clean and clear? Make sure its getting enough air to igniter. Try turning on the gas and light it using a match. If it stays lit the igniter is not working properly, if it does not, either the valve gas vents are clogged or its not getting enough air to keep burning.

Smoking out of tailpipe and smells like gas and doesnt seem to have enough power

It could be either the engine, catylitic convertor if the smoke is black. If the smoke coming out is white it could be engine coolant problem. If it is not getting enough power it could be the carburator not getting enough gas.

Doesn't get hot enough

Check to be sure your dryer vent is free of obstruction. If it doesn't get enough air flow, it will turn off the gas.If that isn't it it could be your thermostat, or gas pressure.

My Amanda gas oven Model no. AGS781WW is not heating up in the oven, nor does the broiler come on. The electronic ignition glows, I don't smell any gas in the oven. The cooktop comes on fine.

even if the ignitor glows it may not be getting hot enough to light the gas. if it does not get hot enough the gas valve should not open. try changing the ignitor, usually 30 - 60 dollars.

Air not warm enough

You need to verify gas input pressure with a gas pressure test kit and also check heat exchanger for soot build up.

Oven

the igniter is not getting hot enough. It can get hot enough to allow gas to flow but not quite enough to ignite the gas. It is an easy fix. The igniter is usually under the floor of the oven.

I seem to be working on the same problem. What I found bothers me. As a safety feature, the hot surface igniter, (HSI), is in series with the gas valve. If the HSI is dead, then there is no gas flow, which is a good thing. However, if the HSI has increased in resistance, as mine has, it still allows the gas valve to open partially. Not quite enough gas flow to support an ignition but, enough to allow gas to escape. I would suspect your HSI increases resistance after you get a flame causing the gas valve to close long enough for the flame to stop, then the HSI decreases it's resistance enough to allow the gas valve to partially open. Please verify this on your own as I am just a regular home owner myself.
