Question about Televison & Video
So you have backlight but no video, so we know your inverter board is ok and your power supply is atleast halfway ok. the next step would be opening up the tv and looking for bad parts inside, testing voltages, etc. you could open it up and carefully reseat (unplug and replug) the cables (especially the video LVDS cable) and might get lucky. i've fixed many tvs that way, sometimes the connections get loose or were never solid. if you do open it up, look for bulged capacitors on the power supply, these are a dead give a way and you can solder new ones in to fix. here is a pic of a bad one, good ones will be flat on top:
