I want to know what is up with my screen. I turned on my camera last night and the screen came on, showed my pictures, played my videos like it normally does. But this morning after the battery had been on the charger all night, I put the battery in and turn my camera on and I cannot see the screen! It's dark and you can't even tell it's on. I tried taking a picture, to see if that helps...I took one alright, but it will not show on the screen. What is going on?!
I would say that the screen has probably gone out on the camera. It would probably have to be sent in to see if it can be replaced. You can contact repairs at 800-706-2534 and then keep choosing option 2.
