Try to reset the tv by unplugging the power cord from the power outlet leave it off for 3-5 minutes. If that would not work try to call the tv manufacturer to have your tv warranted, either the manufacturer will replace or repair your tv depending on your warranty. If the tv is already out of warranty call the tv manufacturer still to get a service center that have an expertise in repairing such brand.
