We have no way to look up parts, we have no resources for parts and stock no parts, we only supply tech support, but that said contact this company, they may be able to help with this problem.
the other alternative of course is get your money back by filing a Paypal dispute. here is the web site for the part.

I recently purchased a used car & need to know how to delete previously stored bluetooth devices from my AVH X4500BT?

Talk to your dealer, it varies from brand to brand. They will normally help with something like this. If not you need a new dealer.

I recently purchased this 2000 bonneville it has become a puzzle with several missing pieces. When car reaches a temp of 150-200 it shuts dwn. I have replaced egr, ecm, coil pks, egr valve. Crank sensor,map...

I have no idea what this car looks like but then iam in europe so what else do you expect but this problem i have come across often but mainly with older the vehicles with a ignition module not a later one with a coil pack but when i have had later cars like this then it could be a autochoke temperature sensor ,The problem is your working in the dark and spending a fortune on parts and to be honest you will need to concede defeat and take it to a dealer who has the correct software to read the ECU and see whats happening ,even newer cars especially renaults have to be connected via the internet to do this so no dodgy mechanic in a dealers can copy the software and flog it on the black market or E bay.So best advice i can offer is to take it to the dealer and swallow your pride and pray to whatever that a 548 chevy or a ford cortina comes on the market with no fancy electronics, how do you think i feel giving advice like this after 40+years fixing motors and new ones i cannot even change the brake pads as its dealer only job via the internet with the bar code from the original packet of manufacturers pads or the immobilisor isnt released and the ABS .6 years at college as well and reduced to a semi skilled drone

Broken hotshoe repiar problem

It's a known weak point on that model and is typical of ANY similar large, heavy flashgun which mounts via a hotshoe mount which was never designed for such loads.

Unfortunately, the most common type of break cannot be glued or repaired in any neat fashion, but if the wiring is intact a very rough looking but functional repair can be adapted by fastening external metal repair plates using epoxy resin and very short screws. The unit looks dreadful afterwards, and has zero resale value but it usually works and if done correctly the repair lasts the lifetime of the unit.

If you want a neat repair, then the only option is via the factory (often they just dispose of your broken one and send out another new unit). In the camera club which I belong to some members have found it's more cost-effective to sell the broken unit as spares or repairs on an auction website and to then put the funds towards purchase of a more suitable model (either a smaller, lighter, less vulnerable unit, or a proper off-camera hammerhead type unit like all traditional Metz models). One other member found that his credit card gave him accidental damage cover on purchases for up to ninety days (yours is brand new, so worth checking) and another found that her flashgun (not a Metz, but a similar bad design) was covered by her household contents accidental damage policy, but she had to pay the first £90 of the claim.

In case you're wondering, the "bad design" is an intentional compromise. It's simply preferable for the flashgun to break rather than for it to rip the top of your camera off. That's a major disadvantage with the repair option which I mentioned: further knocks simply mean that something more vital gets broken.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do, please take a moment to rate my answer.

No CD changer

I wonder if the person you got the vehicle from knew there was no CD changer, but never look a gift horse in the mouth. Any brand CD changer should be able to work with your in-dash controller unit. You do not need to pay an arm and a leg to the dealer for a new unit, or risk purchasing a questionable used unit. I highly recommend for selection, price, and support.

How about the red (switched power) wire? The unit will not turn on unless you have 11+ volts on the yellow AND the red power leads.
