Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Try turning the printer off....wait....turn it back on. Mine does this occasionally and that's what fixes it for me.

First: you need both ink cartridges for the printer to function properly.
Second: You may have a bad printhead, do the following:
Clean the print head then print a demo sheet.
If the Demo print is bad- IE: no black, blurry print etc., then you may need to replace the print head:
