Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Try turning off the phone, removing the battery, leave it out for 30 seconds and put it back in. Turn it back on and place a test call. You may also want to try calling from a different physical location, maybe many miles away, to see if it is just that particular cellular coverage area. If the problem persists then it sounds like the phone itself has an issue and should be replaced.
