If the fan is working o/k, then it is more than likely a faulty element, this is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

My oven has decided not too heat up ...fan working everything else fine ..just no heat Any ideas? Thanks

If fan is working o/k, then the problem is probably due to a faulty oven element.
This is located at the rear of the inner oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

Door of Miele oven not closing properly

If it is a drop down door, the only permanent solution is to replace the door hinges, as it is weak springs that is causing the prob.
Hope this helps.
Thankyou.

Will not heat.?

Double check the ground and bond wiring. Watch yourself because if the ground wires ARE faulty then you'll be the ground! This could be a very dangerous situation so if in doubt call in a real electrician.

Oven won't heat

The only reason I know the answer to your question is because I am having the same problem. Our appliance quit working after we used the cleaning option. Both the bake and broiler quit at the same time. Our local repair man said that the problem is caused from a malfunctioning thermostat, which is about a $300 fix.
