Using the self-timer
Use the self-timer when you want to be included in a picture, or to ensure a steady
Shutter button press. Place the camera on a tripod or flat surface.
1 In any picture-taking mode, press the Info button to turn on the shortcut icons.
2 Press to highlight the self-timer icon. Press to choose a setting:
10 seconds- A picture is taken after a 10-second delay (so you have time
to get into the scene).
2 seconds- A picture is taken after a 2-second delay (for a steady, shutter
release on a tripod).
2 shot- The first picture is taken after a 10-second delay. A second picture
is taken 8 seconds later.
3 Compose the scene. Press the Shutter button halfway, then completely down.
The camera takes the picture/pictures after the delay.
Use the same procedure to take a 2- or 10-second self-timer video, but press the
Shutter button completely down.

How do I delay a camera shot on the fujifilm finepix j12? I would be extremely grateful anyone knows how to do this, to write me a solution, thanks :)

Hi,

The self timer mode is set with the down button on the Menu/OK dial.
It looks like a clock set at 10 to 10.
The first press sets it to delay 10 seconds, the second press sets it to delay 2 seconds and the final press turns it off.

To take the picture half press the shutter button to focus then press it all the way to start the timer.

Hope this helps.

How do I use 360' lens on my Canon G9?

The C1 & C2 settings are for "Custom" settings. You'll most likely want to set your camera either to "P" or "Auto" mode.
To have it delay for 10 seconds and take 3 shots, press the "Menu" button and then scroll down to "Drive Settings". Then, choose the following settings:
Self-Timer: "C" Delay: 10 sec. Shots: 3 shots
Then, press the "Func./Set" key to lock in the change. Next, press the custom timer button on the back of the camera and then choose the "C" timer using the directional keys. Then, press teh "Func.Set" button.
Lastly, set up your camera, press the shutter release, and the timer light should start blinking. 10 seconds later, the camera will take 3 photos in succession.
Hope this helps!
