SOURCE: I need a manual for

~

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, for spare parts and service and Installation Instructions as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

I hope this helps.

The mixer paddle leaves a hole in the bottom of the loaf. How can we prevent this?

There is only one way to do that. And even with this method you will still have a small hole in
the loaf where the spindle is in the bottom of the pan. Look at your owners manual and find the page
that shows cycle times for each program.
What you can do is remove the dough ball after the final "punch down" of
the dough. That is the final action
before the last RISE and the final BAKE stage.
On most programs each of those two stages lasts about 45 to 60 minutes
each stage. After the final punch down
with lightly floured hands reach and remove the dough ball extract the paddle
and replace the dough ball in the pan.
It will then rise and bake. You
don't need the paddle in there because no further kneading takes place just the
final rise and bake. Readers, please

I am looking for a paddle blade for my Magic Chef Bread Machine Mine was misplaced, and I am unable to locate a replacement. Model # CBM-310 part #(310187308676

Use your make + your model + your model number (omitting any dashes, slashes, or spaces) + the words KNEADING BLADE DOUGH PADDLE as your Internet search.

Example: For the Fredericks Home Bakery model KHB-178 enter your search as

FREDERICKS HOME BAKERY KHB178 KNEADING BLADE DOUGH PADDLE

Happy Hunting!

Note: Breadmakers model numbers are usually located on the backside or bottom of the unit, either on a printed decal or raised plastic embossment, and usually followed by abbreviations such as mdl, mdl no, model, model no, type, style, art, art no, article no, cat, cat no or catalog no.

When the blades are inserted do they have to click into place? Mine just sit loosly on the shafts--but do go completely down to the bottom of the shaft---however, the dough is not mixing or rising or...

Most bread machine paddles fit kind of loose so you can get them off for cleaning. Try turning on your machine like you were going to bake a loaf but don't put any ingredients in. Just watch, you won't hurt anything doing this, you are just trying to see if your paddles are turning or not. If they are turning then your problem is something other than the paddles.

Makes a bad loose sound when mixing dough

My Breadmakers Hearth was making the same sound, so after taking it apart I found that it was only the Bread Pans "under paddle" that the machine reaches up and connects to to drive the Paddle. I wears loose and wobbles and starts to slip making that banging sound. You can either replace the Bread Pan or like I did INVERT the under paddle (requires removing the C-clamp washer) to extend the life of the Pan and use of the Hearth. Hope this helps you.
