Question about Refrigerators
There is a tub that goes through the back of the freezer wall into the ice maker. Sometimes this tube will freeze shut and needs to be thawed out.
The water fill tube will freeze shut from low water pressure. Either from a bad water valve or low pressure to the refrigerator itself.
Pull the refrigerator out and remove the tube from the back wall to check it.
