Question about Computers & Internet
On some computers you can reset the password, and on others you can't. Google you make, model, then "password reset" and you should find some articles that will either tell you how, or that tell you why you can't, and in those cases the manufacturers have to change the bios chip, if I remember correctly. If you had included the make and model number, I would have tried to look up the websites, but this is all I can do, with the information provided.

I am sure you must be having the original Windows disks. Please insert the disk and power on the computer. Install Windows fresh. And do not use any passwords as we all tend to forget them sooner or later.
