Try to restore the firmware

goto the website http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
and download the selected firmware for the ipod model you have. if your unsure if the model / type you can goto http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/#
and type in the last 3 numbers of your serial number to find out

if you want to downgrade or upgrade, choose the firmware you want to downgrade to, then go to itunes and shift-click on restore and choose the firmware you want to change to. this will restore your ipod

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

You need to restore your iPod from Disk mode:
  1. Before placing the iPod into disk mode, you should verify that it is charged.
  2. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Set it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  3. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons for at least 6 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the Menu and Select buttons and immediately press and hold the Select and the Play/Pause buttons until the Disk Mode screen appears.

  5. Connect the iPod to your computer; the screen on the iPod will change and say "Do not disconnect"
  6. Open iTunes.
  7. After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
  8. Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
  9. Click Restore.
Hope that helps.
Cheers.

My ipod say visit www.apple.com/support/ipod

when it displays "www.apple.com/support/ipod", it is showing you the url that you want to go to. To go to this url, open up firefox or internet explorer and type in the url into the white bar at the top, and press 'enter' on the keyboard. The url it gave you is actually apple's official website. Showing you the url to go to is the ipod's default message if something is wrong with it. Going to the URL will most likely answer why it is showing you the message in the first place, as it is apple's official web page for getting help with your ipod.

Mi ipod have a text sayin please contact suport

Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} The message "go to www.apple.com/support/ipod" usually is preceded by, or followed by, the Apple logo or the sad face icon. It directs you to the Apple support site because either the iPod software is corrupted or there is a hardware problem. You should try to reset the iPod (try several times). Toggle the Hold switch to on, then back to off (none of the red is showing). Reset your iPod Press and hold down the Menu and Select buttons for 10 seconds (until you see the Apple logo) If you can update/reload the iPod software, this may fix the problem with your iPod. If that doesn't right the iPod, then try to restore it (which will erase the entire iPod and reload the software) in itunes. It will not erase your itunes library, only the files on the ipod itself. I hope this helps and good luck. Please vote appropriately and leave a message.

Its shows www.apple/support/ipod

It basically means that the ipod is broken. Chances are you have a broken or damaged hard drive. You could try formatting it with windows if windows will let you (goto the apple website to get formatting instructions)

If the logo still shows, you dont have much choice. Send it to apple or a freind who can replace the component. ( i recommend apple however)
