Follow the instructions below,
Open the top of the printer.
Locate the waste ink absorber pad on the right side of the inside of the printer. Grasp the pad and pull up to remove. Clean the waste ink absorber compartment with a tissue or cloth.
Take the waste ink absorber pad to a sink. Run warm water over the pad and wring it out to clean it. Wring the excess water out when done cleaning. Set the waste ink absorber pad on a dry paper towel or clean cloth to dry.
When the pad is dry, place it back into it's compartment in the printer. Close the top of the printer.
Press and hold the "Resume" button on the printer. Press and hold the "Power" button while holding down "Resume."
Release the "Resume" button. Press "Resume" twice. The indicator light will turn amber followed by green.
Release the "Power" button. Press the "Resume" button four times.
Press the "Power" button. The error code is now reset
