OK, at this moment i would suggest the best call should be to take out your sim and battery. Now, place the camera in a sealed container filled with 2 cups of rice, this will draw out any moisture. Keep it in the sealed container for at least 48 hours.
If the problem still persists after you have done this, you will need to send your phone in for repairs. Sorry, i know this is not what you wanted to hear, but, water damage is never good, as you can understand.
