do u get an error msg which says bootmgr missing?
the only option is to re-image the hdd. run a recovery and the issue will be fixed.

My TS-L632N is giving me a Code 19 error on my HP dv6985 se Special Edition Notebook


From your description I understand that the DVD drive is not working and you have code 19 error in device manager.

Microsoft says to Ignore the problem, and the adapter will continue to work correctly. If the message is really annoying maybe you can try turning off IPv6.
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections

right click your network card>properties
uncheck the IPv6 box
that'll turn off IPv6-then just disable the adapter driver

Hp laptop internet connection problem


I would suggest going to system restore and resetting your system to a time before this started happening and see if that fixes it
