Question about Whirlpool Dryers
You can pull the front panel off and look at the motor, belt and rollers that are up against the back of the dryer. The screws are on the inside of the dry door(what it closed to), then pry gently on the top corners(which are clipped) you should be able to pull the panel forward and disconnect the door switch, if not there may be screw in the bottom corners. once the panel is off you can lift the top up and inspect the inside of the dryer. the belt should be tight and the drum should turn. The motor is located on the bottom just follow the belt. The roller.coasters are on the back of the drum, they should be round and roll easy. this will be the hard part as you will need to take the drum out. Pay close attention to the way the belt runs as it has a pulley that keeps tension on the belt. The back of the drum is lipped and rides on the coasters/rollers. Safety first unplug machine before disassembling. Hope this helped tim
