First try to remove your tank. Shut it off, unscrew the connection, lightly crack the valve on the tank, close it, reconnect and try it on your grill again.

Baby weber flame will not adjust to different levels stays on high flame even when we turn the knob

You will need to replace the control knob assembly. Which includes the tank hook up & regulator. Contact Weber Customer Service @ 1-800-446-1071 for this part.

Hope this helped you.

I'm not getting a very high flame and the grill is not heating up very fast. I thought it was the burner so I replaced it. What else can I replace

You may need to adjust your gas regulator. Remove the center cap and turn the set screw clockwise in 1/4 intervals to increase pressure until desired flame size is reached.

When the grill is on high heat for all 3 burners only heats up to

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

My q grill is not heating properly. I have a full tank of propane and the grill is clean but the burner is not getting enough gas to heat past 200 degrees

Rear Burner is hotter than the front burner on my Weber Grill

Since the grill is 15 years old, it is probably time to rebuild it. Replace both burners and anything else that is not working properly

My weber gas grill will not heat up past 300F

Hi John,

I just experienced the same exact problem ! I just bought a brand new Weber E-310 a 3 burner grill.
After I seasoned it up with cooking oil,I turned all the burners to high, opened the tank and clicked electrnic button several times , the grill was on then I went inside, I came out about an half-hour later and it was saying around 275 degrees..
I looked into my manual and there is a gas limit control valve that shuts down gas flow, when it thinks there is too much gas flow.

Sloution;
Turn the propane gas knob to off
Turn the gas grill knobs to Off.
Click the igniter several times to clear out any gas.
Then unscrew the regulator from the tank,( I then blew into the tank hole and regulator),
Screw back on the regulator to the propane tank.
I then clicked igniter again couple of times.
Now open your propane tank.
Then turn on front burner while clicking igniter, this will lite 1st burner.
Then turn 2nd burner on low then to high.
And if you have 3rd burner or more, turn low then to high!

John I did this and my grill went to 600 plus in a few minutes!!

The problem was turning the gas grill knobs on first then opening the tank then lighting...
You have to open propane tank with knobs off, THEN AS SOON AS YOU TURN ON 1ST KNOB, YOU MUST IGNITE ...

Uneven heat from burners

I'm experiencing the same problem, the left side has the least heat, and it seems to be getting way worse over time.  Has anyone found a solution for this yet?
