If you go to the lexmark website here you can so to downloads then Driver Finder. You will be able to search your model and download the drivers to get your PC/Laptop to recognize the printer.

you can either purchase a new router that has usb printer support or a usb print server that can connect via a cat5 cable to the printer or wirelessly.

I have lost instilation disc to install my caera


Connect your camera to your computer and your computer should recognize it and install the drivers. Doing it this way, you won't have access to some of the photo editing functions, etc, that are on the disk; however, they are easy to come by with a google search, and even without them you will be able to upload & view your pics.

Windows comes with drivers for many HP printers.

You can try to install your HP deskjet 5440 by going to (depending on operating system) "Start", "Printers and Faxes", "Add Printer". Select a local port. Select "HP" and Model "HP Deskjet 5440".
