Question about Panasonic DMR-EZ47V DVD Recorder/VCR
I'm assuming that you have tried to leave the unit pulled out of the mains for one hour and that didn't helped. In that case the logic controller has failed and must be replaced. To do that you must open the case, locate the mainboard, disconnect all the cables that plug into it (make a very detailed drawing with every cable - where it goes and how), remove the board and reinstall a new one that you must find out somehow. Or you could just take it to a repair shop.
