My phone screen is just white and I can receive texts and take phone calls but I can't see anything on my screen, other than white... HELP!

Phone and laptop screens both function the same way. They make the screen come to life via a ribbon cable. If this cable comes loose you will lose your ability to view the screen correctly. Or a part of the integrated circuit board (IC) has malfunctioned. In either case you are without a screen. Check warranty on phone. Also, insurance (if you have it) will cover it as long as you didn't subject it to water. And drying out the phone won't help. They can see water damage inside the phone.

Phone switches on but screen is blank

blank screen
if the phone can make out going call or receive call
maybe the problem come from lcd or the flex cable/ribbon inside the phone.it may come from upper board too.

if the phone blank screen and not responding any key pressed. it may come from the software.

note : broken upper board can make fault on software.cause the phone will detected as K700 on third party tool like setool, after replace the upper board it will detected back as w850.
