It is quite possible the actuator motor for top drawer can work even if the filter board has some problem, for example bottom actuator motor circuit track burnt out.

Not sure what caused all the problems you have had. Perhaps some sort of flooding would have damaged parts of the filter board. Best to replace it and check. See this site.

Also see part of the circuit diagram for filter board.

My DD603 is flooding onto the floor and F1 is flashing/not turning off.

You have probably figured out by now that the only way to stop it is to unplug it. The F1 code means that the Mains Filter flood sensor has been activated. There are a few reasons this may occur. 1. there was a large pan or dish that prevented the lid from closing fully, thus flooding. 2. the lid actuators, motors, did not close the lid completely and they need replacing. 3. the Link Support (holds the wires and hoses in place behind the drawer) has broken and is impeding the lid from closing fully. It and the lid would have to be replaced. These are the normal causes for the F1 error code. You will need to get a Tech out to have a look to determine the cause. Good luck.

I have a Fisher & Paykel Model #DD603 double dishwasher it is coming on with a code F1 with a little wrench Whats going on ?

An F1 fault means that the Mains Filter board on the bottom pan has detected water, a leak. There are, unfortunately, a few possibilities of the cause of this. Most likely it is bad lid motors (the motors that lift and pull down the lid to seal the drawers) or a broken Link Support. This is the plastic piece that hold all the hoses and wiring out of the way when you open and shut the drawers. A portion of this Link breaks free and gets lodged in between the drawer and the lid causing water to pour out into the lower pan when the unit is running. You'll need to have a Tech out to take a look at it, if you can find one. Good luck.

Fisher Paykel DD603 Problem. Top drawer shows F1 and pump runs continuously. Lower drawer does nothing, no display. I think the Electronic Controller in lower drawer is fried and maybe the Mains Filter...

Yup, definately the bottom drawer controller, for some reason you can run a DD603 with no board in the top, so long as you have a board in the bottom, but not the other way around. This is the fault you get, constant F1 from the top drawer. If you are stuck try removing the display cable from the bottom controller, this may help, so long as you leave the chassis harness in.

F1 Error on Fisher & Paykel Nautilus

It leaked before leading to this.
1- Unplug the power.
2- Dry out the leak.
3- Before taking off the lid seal, check if Lid actuator working by going to diagnostic mode. 4- Select LD.
5-Pull the drawer half way out so you can see the lid going down or not when you turn on by pressing lock button.
6- Press the lock button again to release the Lid.
7- Most the time it is a Lid actuator problem and your seal look good, then you replace the Lid actuator only.
8- If it is a problem with the Lid actuator and your seal look bad then replace all .

Top drawer stuck, lid lock motor bad and guide bars, if white guides , need to replace with black. Tech said $580 for Fisher Paykel DD603-SS Motors and guides

That's right you will need New Black lid Actuators fitted top and bottom also new retro link supports if you still have the factory plastic ones and maybe a new RFI module if you'd had a F1 fault. Sounds like you've been told this, so now all you need is to get quotes for all these parts to be fitted at a cheaper price. cheers

E-mail for Fisher Paykel DD603 manual

Josh, you will need to have a Tech out to look at it... F/P will not sell you parts to repair it. The F1 indicates that the flood switch has been tripped. There are many possible causes for this but probably the upper drawer link support has broken and is getting stuck between the lid and the drawer in which case you will need a new lid and link support.

Dish drawer leaks

The f1 is a flood error. There is a sensor in the bottom reading water. You have to dry it out before you can do anything or the drain pump will just keep running. Check the lid of the drawer you where using to see if anything may have been holding it up or if the seal is torn. If that looks ok you will have to check the lid actuators to see if one is not working. I would replace both right and left if one is out.
