Question about Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone

My Panasonic KX-T7630 phone unit doesn't have any power, doesn't come on. Does it have a battery that needs to be replaced?

No. Since it's a digital phone, what system are you plugging the phone into? If you don't know, my guess is that you have a phone without a system and it's a huge paperweight.

Look for black and blue Panasonic boxes with TDA or NCP on them.

I used to have the Panasonic KX-T7630 system in the office building we sold. I no longer have the capability of setting the entire system up - is there a way to use the phone as just a regular desk phone...


The KX-T7630 is a proprietary digital phone that will only work on panasonic phone systems. You need an analog phone if you are going to connect it directly to an outside telephone line.

This is a PBX system, correct? If so, the fastest way would be through the PBX control computer. If you have a Panasonic TAW series PBX, I really like the AbleComm websites, search for your model PBX there.
