1...Plug your Kingston data traveler in to your computer 2...Go to desktop and open "My Computer" 3. You will see your Kingston Data Traveler listed there 4...Right click on the Data Traveler 5...Click on "Format" This will format your Kingston Data Traveler Please rate me Bud
This could be due to virus problems on your PC. Try formatting it on other PCs. Else your data traveler might have been damaged due to dropping, rough usage etc which is less likely. Try formatting it on a linux PC as well.
if you are using operating system like windows xp or windows vista, you don't need any drivers ,just plug in your 1gb data traveler into usb port and windows will install drivers for it automatically..After that just go to my computer to see your data traveler drive to have access to it.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- low feed backs hurt my ratings and I am tring to help you with your problem,so let me know that the information i given you is helpfull or not
