I have kingston 16 GB data traveler 101 it cannot be formatted what do i do ????

This could be due to virus problems on your PC. Try formatting it on other PCs. Else your data traveler might have been damaged due to dropping, rough usage etc which is less likely. Try formatting it on a linux PC as well.
