I do not have the capabilities that you are proposing. I live in a small town in Alaska and we have no service techs in town. I have tested all leads and there is power to everything. I am really looking for someone who is familiar with this specific mixer. I may have the wrong site.

You really need a schematic to solve this problem, unless you completely disassemble the unit and trace the wires out manually. Sometimes that's all you can do, but you also have to check the components and find the bad one. You will probably have a step-down transformer and separate taps for the display leds and the motor. The display leds will be dc, so you will have a diode before them. My guess is that the transformer will be bad, if it uses one, or whichever device splits the electric flow, so to speak. I've never taken one of these apart, so I'm mainly guessing. Usually, if you look hard enough, you will find the problem. It helps to have a volt/ohmmeter to troubleshoot with, and determine bad parts, in case you don't have one.
Here is an excerpt from
A powerful universal motor is coupled to interchangeable cutters of various
types. In most respects, food processors are similar to any other universal
motor driven appliance with one exception: There will be a safety interlock
switch to prevent operation unless the cover is on properly and secured. This
switch may go bad or its mechanical position adjustment may shift over time resulting in difficulty in engaging power - or a totally dead unit.
As usual, cord and plug problems, bad bearings, burnt motor windings, and broken parts are all possibilities.
Anyway, hope this helps, and good luck to you.

there is a problem on the power board of your commercial Spar mixer. A capacitor or other components on the power board is defective, that's why its not clicking.

If you are familiar with electronic repairers, I would suggest that you open the commercial Spar mixer and read the power board/panel with a meter, detect the bad component and replace it.

If you don't know about electronic repairers, take the commercial Spar mixer to the nearest repairman to fix the fault for you.

I wish you good luck.

What if reset button on back doesn`t fix problem, what`s next to try? no lights no power

No power at all would point to a breaker or fuse for the power. You would have to open the back to have a look and test for voltage.

Why won't my microwave oven work?

No, it's not worth the effort required to replace the control module - unless it is a commercial model.

My Kenmore Built-in microwave doesn't heat and the turn table doesn't turn. Model 911-47812200

It is good that the microwave does not work all together. It might be an interlock button or even a relay connection burn on the main mother circuit board.

Need a qualified technician. The service manual will be like $20-50.

GE microwave over the range, model #jvm1740sm1ss has no's only two year old.what could be the cause?

the problem of this unit is power related.

First, remove the unit's power cord from the wall, wait for about 30mins, then plug it back in. It may cool by then and might power on. If it doesn't power on, plug it into another outlet, to make sure there electricity entering into the unit.

If plugging into another power outlet doesn't power it on then the unit is most likely having a power problem.

When electric current comes from the power outlet into the cooker, it goes straight into the power supply board which then circulates the current into the unit. So if the cooker doesn't power on, the first thing is to make sure there is power entering into the machine.

So check the power cord, if it is a 3-pin plug, it must have a fuse in it. check the fuse if it is not blown. if fuse is intact, then power supply board should be checked.

If any machine or electronics device doesn't power on, it means its having a power problem. it might have worked fine in the past, but that's electronics for you. Power surge, irregular power supply, excess power supply, etc can affect the unit thereby not making it to power on.

This unit must have a power supply board in it where power enters from the mains. A capacitor, fuse, diode, etc may have been defective on the power board and maybe that's why its not making the unit turn on. There might also be some disconnection or something, inside the unit which is not making it to power on.

To actually find out what's wrong, you need to disassemble the unit with a screw driver and check what's wrong. You will be needing a meter and continuity tester in order to read the components on the power board, once you detect any bad component, you can make necessary replacement at any electronics accessories store withing our vicinity. This is the only way by which you can detect the problem.

Of course, testing the power board with a meter will require someone that has the ability. So it you can't, then you might be needing the help of a repairman or you can call a friend that has the ability to help you out.

I wish you the best of luck.

Kitchen Aid Mixer Model KSM5PSGR . I have had this mixer for about 15 years and recently while mixing dough, it started struggling to spin, and at some point stopped spinning. I just turned it on, and it...

it's possible the brushes on the motor are burned out. Are there 2 screw holes on the sides? You should have one on either side that look like a flathead screwdriver would fit in them? If so, inside those chambers are the brushes and springs for your motor. You can try replacing them. You should be able to order replacement brushes based on your model number(found on the bottom of your mixer). Let me know if that helps.

Cooks commercial stand mixer model SM248 700 watt, i need an owners manual

Most major manufacturers supply manuals online so if you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, you may be pleasantly surprised as usually, if available, one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, Dealer Network for spare part supplies as required.

The information is normally free of charge.

I hope this helps.

Hi, I have a Bush Fp026 food processor and am having problems getting the mixer/processor element to work. The blender is fine, but how do I get the mixer working!? HELP!!

Are you sure you have the Model Number correct. I believe the Bush appliances are also marketed under the Kewwood brand name. Was able to find information for the Kenwood FP260. When you see the picture on the front you should know if it is applicable to your product,

The instruction book is available here.

The machine will not work if not assembled correctly. Check the schematic provide for assembly and make sure you are putting the processor together correctly. The fact the blender works fine suggests that when you assemble the processor it is not engaging with the safety switch which would allow power to engage.

Information on other models can be found here.

I have a very old mixer, a hamilton beach no.18. I have a basic understanding of how things work, but this has me beat. The cup holder switch is the on/off, and the top switch is to change speed correct?...

The green ground wire attaches directly to the frame of the mixer. If the green iwire is attached directly to the speed "prong" you will have a direct short. There should be a grounding screw just inside the place where the wire enters the frame. If it really old, you may not have a ground screw because in the old days the wires only had two prong plugs. You can operate the machine without a ground wire, but if it fails internally you could get a potentially fatal shock. Any screw that is attached directly to the frame can be used as a ground screw. The green wire is there to take any grounded short circuit back to the breaker box instead of sending the electricity into you.
