Question about Dryers

Not a problem but when you start the dryer it has a clicking noise that just started showing up? Checked for loose coins, not that - any comments or suggestion? Should I call Sears for a service man, thats where I purchased the dryer..............

ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE STARTING ANY REPAIRS
Your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication.

If you have a front loading machine.
Note: This method works with most front loading machines.

Remove the electrical console that holds the timer switch, start switch, etc. from the top of the dryer.
Note: Some tops hinge and tilt backwards so they do not have to be removed and the electrical consol with stay with the lid.
Also remove the lint filter and the screws holding the lint filter housing in place.
Be REAL CAREFUL not to knock any of the wires off of the timer switch. Then remove the top of the dryer.
Remove the front of the dryer. This will expose the drum and belt. Remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers, idler arm pulley and motor.
Now is a good time to check the belt to see if it has slipped off of the idler arm pulley and also to check the belt condition for wear.
Be sure to note the route of the belt, this will come in handy when you go to reinstall the belt.
Check your drum rollers for flat spots or wear, if they have flat spots or wear on them replace them.
If the drum rollers don't have flat spots or wear on them then they probably only need lubrication. Lubricate the shaft of the rollers with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil. Reassemble the dryer, plug back in.
This should solve your noise problem.

Bosche axxis washer spin cycle ticking noise

Assuming everything else is working normally, I would still suspect there is an object that is getting stuck between the rotating drum and the outer housing. Maybe not coins, but something longer, like a pocket comb or the wire inserts used in some garments. It is easy to take the top off of the unit, and this might help to isolate the noise better. Early spin is usually a bit unbalanced, so it is possible it could also be something really simple like a hose clamp that has sagged enough to be contacting something else, and it only shows up when the machine is bouncing a bit.

Mod 110.67741600 ser mu2020976 dryer drum is makeing a lot of noise

Check the baffles in the dryer drum to see if any are loose. If they are not loose, spin the dryer by hand to see if noise is from inside the drum. Sometimes you will get coins caught in the baffles and all you have to do is loosen the screws, and rotate the drum a little so the coins will fall out. Then tighten the screws up and replace the cabinet. You may also have a bad drum roller inside the machine.
If you could describe the sound to me, I will be able to help you a little more.

Start/ pause button flashing 47 minutes left to cycle pushed every button will not do anything

Instructions Things You'll Need:

  1. Ensure that the dryer's door is latched shut and that the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. Also check the home's fuse box for a tripped circuit breaker.
  2. Make sure that the "Air Fluff" button on the dryer's touchscreen has not been selected if the dryer fails to produce heat. Also clear the lint screen if the dryer fails to heat.
  3. Check the exhaust system, which exits from the back of the dryer for clogs, which commonly occur if the lint screen has not been cleaned regularly. Also ensure that only 4-inch metal exhaust tubing is used for the exhaust system. If clogs are present due to an improper exhaust system, the dryer will fail to dry the clothing completely. Also avoid overloading the dryer, which can also cause a drying problem. The amount of clothing equal to a single wash load should not be exceeded.
  4. Check for the presence of loose items if the dryer produces noise, such as coins and loose buttons. The dryer will also produce noise if it is not leveled properly. Place a level on top of the dryer and turn the foot located on the bottom of each corner of the dryer until the dryer is level.
  5. please comment on these solution by saying how helpful

My dryer has a high pitched squeak. What could it be? It is not loose coins or other foreign objects. It appears the little white pulley is not turning when the dryer is on. What can I do to fix this?

I cleaned out my lint tray and after I put it back in, the dryer started making a grinding noise?

Hi,
Check all exposed screws, and make sure they are tight. Loose cabinet screws may cause a squeak.
Check for foreign objects in the drum. (Coins, buttons and zippers will make a rattling sound as they roll around in the drum)
May be loose drum slides can cause a metal scraping noise as the drum rotates. For that you'll need to contact Crosley Service Center.

Good luck and have a nice day
Rating the solution is highly appreciated.

GE dry is making a noise like loose change is rolling around

There may be change rolling around in it.
Remove the top. Take the screws out of the drum baffles and remove the coins from inside the dryer drum baffles.
When replacing them, tighten them well to help prevent coins from getting in there.
