Question about Whirlpool Dryers
The fact that it is drying at all means the components are all working albeit not correctly. Very hard to diagnose unless you know the trick. If the flame sensor has continuity and the ignitor is glowing and you can get it to heat a little and then quit replace the solenoid coils. The work when cool but they get hot and quit. Those coils are easy to replace. Take 2 phillips head screws out and remove the bracket. Unplug the coils and install new ones. You can get em for $20 online. Intermittant coils makes it real aggravating to diagnose but now you know the secret right! Read more here
