When My Phone Did That, I Took It Into Metro And They Sent It In A Replaced It With A New One, The Guy At Th e counter Said That This Is A Common Thing And That Sometimes If You Download Anything From Your Phone Like From Funformobile.com Or Something, Or If Someone Sends Them To You From Websites Like That It Voids Your Waranty And It Causes That. I Hoped This Helped You, So Just Take It Into Metro And They Should Send You A New Phone Within 4-5 Buisness Days.

This means the network is down.
Try restating the phone. If that doesn't bring it back, try calling the carrier from a landline and ask them if there's a network issue.
