You can increase the letter size by CPI in printer menu.

    Here's what I do...

Pull up the PDF document you want to print.
Click on FILE--->PRINT SETUP--->PROPERTIES--->EFFECTS tab---> and click % of normal size.

Enter the percent increase you want such as 200%, or 150%, or 300%, etc.

Click OK to exit the Document Properties and click OK to exit the Print Setup

Click the Printer icon to get the Print dialogue box and click OK to print (or make other changes as needed)

Play with the sizes until you feel comfortable the size is what you need.

FYI - on my system, EFFECTS returns the print size back to 100%.

My letters are so small i cannot read them

If you are talking about seeing them in a browser, there is a menu item to increase the size. If you are saying that everything is small, hold down the control button and hit the +key.

HPC4480 printing emails in font size 3 or 4 prints letters etc without any problems

Usually emails are compressed in such a way that they take very little space therefore their font sizes are always small. Due to this before printing you are supposed to increase the font size before printing is done otherwise the prints are bound to come out small like font size 3 or 4. The best way to do this is to increase the size of the display before printing is done. you can increase the display size by using the ctrl and + keys. Press down the ctrl and press the + accordingly and the display will become bolderdo this to the document print preview before printing.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

The size of the print is so tiny I can hardly read it. How do I make it larger

Hi, just before you (Print) out a copy; Go to: Print Preview. You can ajust the size of the FONTS, wording, letters, or numbers by increasing the size of fonts. This can be done from the Microsoft Menu Bar; Example: Calibri (body) # size (11) increase to (down arrow) # size (14) or more. Thanks paul7of9

I want my priting to be weeeear i can read it the

Increase the size of the letters before you print them. For instance, if you are using wordpad, before you write anything click on Format, then Font, and increase the number from 10 to 12 or higher. If you are cutting and pasting to Wordpad, increase the size of the font before you paste. If you are printing directly from a web page, click on view and zoom in before you print.

The letters are too small

You normally do this in the software package that you are using to type the letters, for example Word.

If you are talking about printing from the Internet, the font size in Internet Explorer can be changed by going to View - Text size. Look at the print preview before you print.

Alternatively copy and paste the text into Word and you can format it how you like.
