Question about Brother MFC-3340CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
The Cyan is the blue ink. Try taking all cartridges out and power cycle. Then the unit will ask for the cartridges again so install them. This will refresh the sensors. If the error persist and if its new try to contact the reseller to get it replaced
