Question about Samsung HL-P5063W 50" Rear Projection HDTV
Your tv is overheating and so shuts down to avoid damage. Although I'm unfamiliar with your exact model, the usual causes are either incorrect positioning of the tv (too near a heart source or with a casing vent too close to a wall or another obstruction); the casing vents or internal components have become dust-choked (very common); or finally one or more cooling fans have failed. Just like pc's these types of tv's use fans to actively cool them down and they sometimes wear out.
Some of these faults will be obvious and easily remedied on a DIY basis, but if the fans have failed then the parts are usually cheap and easily replaced by a qualified tv repairer.
