This sounds like a serious internal malfunction ,,im sorry i dont know your model exactly,,i dont think you actually need to " heat the chip" they do function at no to low temperatures.you describe really a ram memory malfunction which may need just changeing ,sounds like a curious problem.
good luck anyhow

My screen flicks alot or sometimes the desktop goes black and then reappear

Hi! try this steps. First reinstall your video card driver. Uninstall the first one then install back the driver. Second update your computer BIOS driver . (BIOS driver can be found on the website of HP as well) But make sure that if you update the Bios your battery charge should be above 30% or more than that and should be plug in the Ac adapter. Because if there will be power failure while updating it, motherboard will be defective .... Just to make sure call HP hotline for further assistance. Hope this will help you . God Bless.

I have a problem with my cam it's not working properly could you suggest me about this and i dont have any recovery neither drivers or software what should i do. i will be very thankful to you for this ...

If its built in then you should be able to configure it somewhere if its external you should have bought one thats compatable with your model,a lot of them are just plug and play these days.Look in your soft to find where you configure it--good luck!

My tx2500z crashed today and wont start anymore

It could have happened due to an electrical surge . And the system board or the fuse box has to be changed . Customers are requested to buy extended service packs when offered. They helo you in a lot of ways . Even if you were in warranty it would not help because that comes under the accidental damage .

Blank screen after power is on

the best way to ensure the computer boots up is to connect it to an external computer through the vga port.

If there is image, the problem is a bronken screen, if not, it is a motherboard malfunction.

The sollution for both? Talking to HP or your vendor to replace the notebook.

As for data recovery, I wouldn't advise to remove the hard drive since vendors or HP consider it warranty violation
