Well it most likely that the resolution on the pc is too low ,, try right clicking on the desktop, properties / display settings ,, setting ,, and drag the resolutioo up to say 1024 X 768 or 1600 X 900 or the settings display on the tag of your monitor..
That should solve the problem,, In case it doesnt ,, reply with your Operating system, and what player your using..
