First, what size SD card do you have? The Pantech Duo does not accept anything over 2 gigs. If it is 2 gig or smaller when you go into your pictures, music, etc... click the menu and you should have a link for "storage." This will open up the info on your card. If the card is over 2 gigs, it won't read it, unfortunately.

You will need to purchase a 2 gig or smaller micro SD card. The Pantech Duo will not read anything larger than 2 gig. When you insert your card you can go into your pictures, music, etc and click on the menu to save to "storage."

How do i get my ringtones from my sd card set as my ringtones?

I got ringtones from my microSD card on my Pantech Duo to set as ringtones by using another phone. I put my microSD card in another phone and bluetoothed them to my pantech duo. When i had bluetoothed all the ringtones i wanted onto my pantech duo, i removed my microSD card from the other phone and put it back in my pantech duo. Then i went to "Settings" on my pantech duo and then "sounds". The first option is "ringtones" so i used the circle button to select the ringtone i wanted and hit "done".

Micro SD

The Pantech Duo does not support anything over 2 gig, unfortunately. The only option is to purchase a 2 gig card. If you have info on a 4 gig you want to transfer over, you would have to upload to your computer and transfer to the smaller card.
